Profile of the Institute
Vignan Institute of Technology and Science is the brainchild of Dr. Lavu Rathaiah, Chairman, Vignan Group of Institutions, was founded in 1999 with four branches of Engineering. VGNT is an exemplary institution of higher learning with a mission of pursuing excellence in education and research. The institution, with its diverse and dynamic community of about 2500 students offers a distinctive combination of some of the finest facilities for MCA, MBA and M.Tech. with 5 different graduate, and undergraduate programs CSE, IT, CSE(AI & ML), CSE(Data Science), CIVIL, MECH, EEE, ECE, EIE accomplished faculty, world-class facilities with hostel set on a sprawling 350 acres of sylvan surroundings of valleys and watersheds, mango groves and greenery.
While students at VGNT immerse themselves in academics, the college has a lot in store for them outside the classroom. Student life includes participation in sports, recreational & co-curricular and cultural activities. In short, at VGNT, students will find an academic and social environment where everyone from faculty members to peers help them shape their future.
VGNT is a home to aesthetically designed buildings with its state of-the-art computer and internet facilities, modern laboratories, workshops, seminar halls, auditoriums and well-stocked libraries, sports and games fields.

Scope of the Conference : NCRTCII 2020-21
NCRTCII 2020-21 is a professional event organized by the Department of Computer Science & Engineering and Department of Information Technology of VITS with the aim of bringing together research engineers, developers and practitioners from academia and industry working in inter disciplinary areas of Computer Science and Engineering, Software Engineering, Soft Computing, This will provide a forum within the national academic and engineering community in the feld of Computational intelligence, Engineering and Information Technology.
NCRTCII 2020-21 will provide an opportunity for exchange of innovative thoughts between researchers, industry professionals and contribute towards the advancements in the area of Advanced Computer Science and Communication Technologies. This conference will provide the participants with opportunities to discuss and explore areas related to the theory, development, applications, experiences, and evaluation of interaction with fellow students, researchers, and practitioners. The conference is dedicated to increase the understanding role of interdisciplinary issues, how engineering has day by day evolved to prepare human friendly technology. The conference will also provide a platformfor bringing forth signifcant research and literature across the field of Engineering and Technology, especially Computational Intelligence and Computer Vision. This interaction will be the focal point for leading experts to share their insights, provide guidance and address participants' questions and concerns. Mode of Conference would be Virtual due to the current pandemic situation.

- Prospective authors are encouraged to submit their original, unpublished research paper.
- Submissions must be plagiarism free.
- Authors are encouraged to use the IEEE format for manuscript submissio.
