Hello, fellow IT nerds! I’m Bharath Grandhi, a third-year student majoring in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) at Vignan Institute of Technology & Science (VITS) Hyderabad, Dhesmukhi. Wait wait, but what does this AI & ML Means? The terms AI and ML are related concepts in computer science. The most popular technologies for building intelligent systems are these two. VITS Hyderabad is one of few colleges all throughout the nation that provide undergraduate (BTech) studies in AI and ML. Though they are connected, ML and AI serve quite different purposes. ML is a subtype of AI that enables machines to learn from data without being programmed in advance. AI is defined as a notion that resembles human thinking power and conduct.
This reason why I have joined as AI & ML graduate in VITS Hyderabad is for the need for AI & ML developers is enormous, and for good reason. The potential for AI to enhance and streamline human-centric operations, such as speech recognition, image processing, business process management, and even disease detection, seems to be limitless. I have a bit of technical aptitude and experience with software programming, so I thought it can be profitable for me to become AI & ML professional.

VITS’s AI & ML is a very new yet incredibly dynamic organisation. It was founded in 2020. Our education is carefully planned to give us the knowledge and abilities we need to succeed in this continuously changing sector. We gain knowledge in data mining, deep learning, NLP, and a number of other AI and ML approaches. The coursework gives us practical experience by including not just theoretical material but also practical projects and case studies.
What skills did I acquire over the course?
During my journey in the AI & ML department at VITS Dhesmukhi, I have acquired a wide range of skills that have been instrumental in shaping my understanding and expertise in the field. Here are some of the key skills I have developed:
