The credo of the Training and Placement department is to incorporate a wide range of relevant learning opportunities that support and develop students at different stages of their academics.
In order to execute this effectively, the placement cell collaborates with a number of Industries and Companies across various sectors. This helps in identifying the training needs and accordingly, training programs are facilitated to students. The main focus of the department is to train the students and to bestow them with the right opportunities for their careers.
• To bring awareness among the students about the contemporary industry needs and train them accordingly.
• To prepare the students for a highly competitive future, by giving them access to various well-planned and structured modules on aptitude and technical.
• To build the confidence levels of the students through active soft skill training right from the first semester. • To foster the right attitude in the students and focus on the disposition of the students through different personality development programs.
• To help students take the right steps required in achieving their goals.
• To cater to the individual requirement of each and every student and enhance their skills, be it communication, problem solving, decision making, technical skills, etc., through effective training activities.
IN HOUSE TRAINING
The college features a vehement and assiduous training team to provide constant support to the students in all aspects of training. The In House Training Team, as a subset of the Training and Placement department, is a chief facilitator for the students to obtain placements best suited to them and also to help them evolve into ambitious professionals. The team takes the right steps to identify the demands of the current industry and prepare the students for their placement needs. Adequate emphasis is given on all the requirements for placements in the fields of Quantitative aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal ability, Technical Aptitude, and various personality development courses.
The training modules are constantly upgraded based on research by the In-House Training Team to understand the recruiters and their expectations from students and create an annual roadmap for training.
Right from the first semester students undergo training which is integrated with their curriculum.

The department executes the training plan after recognizing the core competencies of the students and consistently tracks the students’ performance to ensure improvement through assessment tests.
