Instructions

• Download the Application Form and Complete the form with all the required details. Ensure all fields are filled accurately.
• Make payment through Payment Link and Save the Transaction ID or UTR number and take a screenshot of the transaction.(While making the payment, enter your Intermediate Roll Number in the Hall Ticket Number field, and type  Fee in the Remarks section—do not use any special characters).

• Scan the filled form and Upload the scanned form, along with all certificates and  payment proof screenshot through the online form
